The Polk County Sheriff's Office is looking for 24 year-old Austin Richardson of Winter Haven. He is wanted for aggravated assault.

Austin was upset that his mother’s boyfriend showed up to their house so he took it upon himself to exit the residence with a handgun and fire it in the boyfriend’s direction. 

This caused the boyfriend to flee. He arrived at a nearby Seven Eleven, at which time Austin had followed him and began banging on his windows and screaming at him.

The suspect fled the area in an unknown direction in a white 2013 Audi sedan, bearing Florida tag #CP54PK.
